Refund & Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding clearance items) if there is a problem with the product you receive.  Should you change your mind about an item, refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis.  The cost of shipping however in most cases cannot be refunded.  We will however pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund (or replacement product) within four weeks of us acknowledging receipt of your package.  

We’ll notify you via e-mail once we’ve received and processed the returned item/refund.
